About NumberBridge

NumberBridge is built and operated by Qilin Software Lab Private Limited, a software company in Bengaluru, India. We build sales, accounting and WhatsApp automation for small and mid-size businesses, and the connector grew out of that work: every customer wanted software on the business number, and none of them wanted to give up the phone.

What we do

NumberBridge is a coexistence connector for the WhatsApp Business Platform. We are the technology provider in Meta's terms: our app runs the Embedded Signup, receives the webhooks and exposes the send API. Customers own their WhatsApp Business Accounts and pay Meta directly for conversations; we charge a flat monthly fee.

Principles

• The number stays on the phone. Coexistence first, API-only when the number was never on a phone.
• No per-message markup, ever.
• Your webhook gets everything, signed, retried and logged.
• Delete means delete: disconnecting a number removes its token and messages.
