The service

NumberBridge connects WhatsApp Business Platform numbers you own or directly operate to your software. You must own or be authorised to operate every number you connect and must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform terms, commerce and messaging policies.

Acceptable use

No spam, no unsolicited marketing to people who have not opted in, no illegal content, no attempts to read other people's chats, no reselling of connections without a written agreement with us.

Plans and billing

Monthly plans by number of connections, billed in advance, 14-day free trial, cancel any time from the dashboard; the current period is not refunded. Meta's conversation charges are billed by Meta to your own account and are not part of our fees.

Availability

We aim for 99.9% monthly availability of the webhook and API. Meta's platform availability is outside our control.

Liability

The service is provided as is; our liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous three months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms with 14 days' notice by email. Indian law applies; courts at Kolkata have jurisdiction.
