Data deletion

You can delete your NumberBridge data at any time, in either of two ways.

From the dashboard

1. Sign in and open Settings.
2. Press Disconnect on any number to remove its connection, token and stored messages, or Delete account to remove everything.
3. Deletion starts immediately and completes within 30 days; backups are purged within 90 days. You receive a confirmation email with a reference id.

By email

Write to privacy@numberbridge.io from the account's email address with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm within 7 days and complete within 30.

Meta-initiated requests

If you remove NumberBridge from your Meta Business settings, we receive Meta's deauthorisation and delete the connection's token and data on the same schedule.
